VcNotes is designed to help users organize meeting notes, tasks, decisions, goals, agendas, and checklists while respecting user privacy.

1. Information We Collect

VcNotes does not require users to create an account and does not operate a proprietary backend for storing personal meeting content.

The content you create in VcNotes, including notes, tasks, decisions, goals, agenda items, checklists, and related information, is stored locally on your device.

We do not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or use your personal meeting content for advertising or marketing purposes.

2. User-Created Content

Information entered into VcNotes may include:

• Meeting notes
• Tasks and follow-up items
• Decisions
• Goals
• Agenda items
• Checklists
• Tags and organizational information
• User profile information entered within the app

This content remains stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to or stored on servers operated by VcNotes or wececonomics.

3. App Security

VcNotes may allow users to protect access to the app using a PIN and supported device authentication features such as Face ID or Touch ID.

Biometric authentication is handled by Apple and the operating system. VcNotes does not receive, collect, access, or store your biometric data.

4. Diagnostics and Technical Information

VcNotes may generate local technical diagnostic logs to help identify application errors or performance issues.

Diagnostic information is designed to contain technical application information and not the personal content of your notes, tasks, lists, or other user-created records.

Diagnostic information is not automatically transmitted to us. If you choose to export and share diagnostic information, you control that action and the method by which it is shared.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

VcNotes may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and free trials through Apple’s App Store.

All subscription purchases and payment transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store. VcNotes and Wececonomics do not directly collect or store your payment card information.

Apple’s handling of payment and account information is governed by Apple’s own privacy policies and terms.

6. Third-Party Services

VcNotes may rely on Apple-provided system services and frameworks for functionality such as:

• App Store purchases and subscriptions
• StoreKit
• Face ID and Touch ID authentication
• Standard iOS system features

Use of these services may be subject to Apple’s applicable privacy policies and terms.

7. Data Sharing and Sale

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not sell your meeting notes, tasks, decisions, goals, agenda items, checklists, or other user-created content.

We do not share your personal meeting content with advertisers or data brokers.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Because VcNotes stores user-created content locally on your device, you control that content through the app and your device.

Deleting content within the app removes it according to the app’s available deletion functions. Deleting the app may also remove locally stored application data, subject to the behavior of iOS and any device backup services you independently use.

9. Children’s Privacy

VcNotes is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through a proprietary VcNotes account or backend service.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the app, legal requirements, or privacy practices.

Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
