Innly is a private journal and memory-mapping application designed to help you record memories and associate them with places that matter to you.

Your privacy is central to the way Innly is designed. Innly does not sell your personal information or journal content.

Information You Create in Innly

Innly may allow you to create and store:

• Journal entries
• Photos and file attachments
• Tags
• Saved memory locations
• Dates associated with memories
• Journal preferences and settings

This information is used to provide Innly’s journal, timeline, and Memory Map features.

Innly does not use your private journal content for advertising.

Location Information

Innly can use your device’s location to automatically associate a location with a memory you create.

Location access is optional and requires your permission through Apple’s location permission system.

If you enable automatic location:

• Innly requests location only while you are using the app.
• Innly does not continuously track your location in the background.
• Location is associated with memories you create so they can appear on your Memory Map.
• You can disable automatic location in Innly’s Settings.
• You can remove or change a saved location from a memory.

Innly does not send your memory coordinates or saved place names to our analytics service.

Photos and Files

Photos and files you choose to attach are used only to provide the features you request within Innly.

Innly does not send the contents of your photos or files to our analytics system.

Your access to additional photo and file uploads may depend on your Innly Pro subscription.

Daily Affirmations and Apple Intelligence

Where available, Innly may use Apple’s on-device intelligence technologies to generate features such as Daily Affirmations.

Innly does not send your private journal entries to our analytics service as part of this feature.

Availability of Apple Intelligence features may depend on your device, language, region, and Apple’s system requirements.

Analytics

Innly may collect limited technical and usage information to help us understand whether the app is working correctly and which features are being used.

This may include information such as:

• App installation and activity
• Feature usage
• Paywall presentation or dismissal
• Subscription-related events
• General technical diagnostic information

Our analytics are designed not to include:

• Journal text
• Photos
• File contents
• Tag names
• Saved coordinates
• Saved location names

We do not use analytics information to build advertising profiles.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Innly Pro subscriptions are processed through Apple’s App Store and StoreKit.

Apple handles your payment information. Innly does not receive or store your full credit card or payment details.

Subscription status information may be used by the app to determine which Innly Pro features you can access.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not sell your journal entries, memories, locations, photos, or files.

Information may only be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, protect our legal rights, prevent fraud or abuse, or operate services required for Innly’s functionality.

Your Choices

You control the information you add to Innly.

You may:

• Choose whether to grant location permission
• Disable automatic memory location
• Remove locations from individual memories
• Delete journal entries
• Delete photos and attachments
• Manage tags
• Change app preferences
• Manage or cancel your Innly Pro subscription through Apple

You can also change Innly’s system permissions through the Settings app on your Apple device.

Children’s Privacy

Innly is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

If we become aware that personal information has been collected improperly from a child, we will take reasonable steps to address it.

Security

We take reasonable measures to design Innly with privacy in mind. However, no application, device, or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Users should protect access to their devices using Apple’s available security features.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Innly evolves.

When material changes are made, the updated policy will be published with a revised effective date.
