These Terms of Use govern your use of MooHerd.

By downloading or using the application, you agree to these Terms.

License

MooHerd is licensed, not sold, to you.

Your use of the application is also governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at:

https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula

If these Terms conflict with Apple’s Standard EULA, Apple’s Standard EULA shall prevail.

Subscription

MooHerd offers an optional monthly subscription of 9.99 that unlocks unlimited cattle records.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Payment is charged through your Apple ID account.

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Apple Account Settings.

Availability

We strive to keep MooHerd available and functioning properly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Features may change, improve, or be removed without prior notice.

User Data

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you enter.

MooHerd is intended as a record-keeping tool and should not replace professional veterinary advice.

Limitation of Liability

MooHerd is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the application.

Open MooHerd and tap Restore Purchases from the subscription screen.
