EbolvBooks Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how EbolvBooks handles information when you use the EBolvBooks mobile application.
EbolvBooks is provided by Wececonomics.
1. Information You Enter Into TinyBooks
EbolvBooks allows you to enter business information such as:
- Company information
- Client information
- Vendor information
- Invoice and estimate information
- Products and services
- Expenses
- Payments and receipts
- Tax information
- Accounting and business records
This information is used to provide the features of EbolvBooks.
EbolvBooks is designed primarily around local storage. Business and accounting records created within the app are stored on your device unless a feature explicitly states otherwise.
We do not sell your business records or use the contents of your invoices, expenses, client records, or accounting records for advertising. The User is responsible for the back of their information.
2. Free Invoices
The free version of EbolvBooks allows a limited number of invoices to be created each month.
Free invoices may be temporarily stored on your device for up to approximately 12 hours so that you can reopen, print, or share them.
Temporary free invoice information is automatically removed after its retention period and may also be removed when you activate a paid EbolvBooks subscription.
Free invoice information is not converted into permanent accounting history when you subscribe.
3. Analytics and IndiePulse
EbolvBooks uses IndiePulse, an application analytics system, to help us understand how EBolvBooks is being used and to improve the app.
EbolvBooks may send limited app-usage events to IndiePulse, such as:
- When certain app features are used
- When an invoice is created
- When the free invoice allowance is reached
- When a paywall is displayed or dismissed
- General application usage and technical events
This analytics information is used to understand product usage, diagnose problems, evaluate features, and improve TinyBooks.
EbolvBooks does not intentionally send the contents of your invoices, client names, vendor names, invoice descriptions, accounting records, receipt contents, or other business-document contents to IndiePulse for analytics purposes.
IndiePulse analytics should use event names and technical identifiers rather than the contents of your business records.
IndiePulse is operated as part of our application analytics infrastructure.
We do not use IndiePulse analytics to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes.
4. Subscription and Purchase Information
EbolvBooks Pro subscriptions are processed through Apple’s App Store using Apple’s StoreKit services.
We do not directly receive or store your complete payment card information.
Apple may provide EbolvBooks with information necessary to determine whether you have an active subscription or other purchase entitlement.
Apple’s handling of your information is governed by Apple’s own privacy policies.
5. Information We Do Not Sell
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not sell your TinyBooks business or accounting records.
We do not use your TinyBooks business records for third-party advertising.
6. Tracking and Advertising
EbolvBooks does not use IndiePulse to track your activity across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising purposes.
EbolvBooks does not use your invoice, client, vendor, expense, or accounting information to create advertising profiles.
7. Data Retention
Business information stored locally in EbolvBooks generally remains on your device until you delete the relevant records or remove the application, subject to the behavior of your device and backups.
Temporary free invoices are retained only for the limited period described above.
Limited analytics information may be retained for product analytics, operational, security, and diagnostic purposes.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by EbolvBooks.
However, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security for your device and Apple Account.
9. Children’s Privacy
EBolvBooks is intended as a business and productivity application and is not directed toward children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through TinyBooks for advertising or behavioral profiling.
10. Third-Party Services
EbolvBooks relies on certain platform and infrastructure services necessary to operate the application.
These may include:
- Apple App Store and StoreKit services for subscriptions and purchases
- IndiePulse for application usage analytics
These services may process limited technical information as necessary to provide their functionality.
11. Your Choices
You can stop using EbolvBooks at any time.
Locally stored EbolvBooks records can be removed by deleting records within the app where that functionality is available or by deleting the application from your device.
Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your Apple Account.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as EbolvBooks evolves.
When material changes are made, the updated policy will be posted on this page and the “Last Updated” date will be revised.
