Innly Support

Innly is a private map journal that helps you save memories, attach locations, photos, files, and tags, and revisit them through your Memory Map.

If you experience a problem with Innly, have a question about a feature, or need assistance with your subscription, contact:

When contacting support, please describe the problem and, if possible, include your device model and iOS version.

Please do not send private journal entries, personal photos, files, or location information unless it is necessary for your support request.

Location Services

Innly can automatically attach your current location when you create a new memory.

Location access requires your permission and can be controlled from:

Innly → Settings → Automatically Add Location

You can also manage Innly’s location permission through the iOS Settings app.

Innly does not require background location access.

Innly Pro

Innly Pro is an auto-renewable monthly subscription that unlocks additional features, including:

  • Life Journey — view all your mapped memories together
  • Unlimited photo uploads
  • Unlimited file uploads
  • Unlimited tags
  • Daily Affirmations
  • Other Pro features identified within the app

The subscription price is displayed by the App Store before purchase and may vary by country or region.

Restore Purchases

If you already purchased Innly Pro using your Apple Account, use Restore Purchases inside Innly’s Settings or paywall.

Purchases and subscriptions are associated with the Apple Account used to make the purchase.

Manage or Cancel Your Subscription

Innly Pro subscriptions are managed by Apple.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect according to Apple’s subscription terms.

Deleting Innly does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Privacy

Innly is designed around private journaling. For details about location information, journal content, analytics, purchases, and other data practices, please review the Innly Privacy Policy.

Innly User Agreement

Effective Date: August 23, 2026

By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using Innly, you agree to the terms governing applications distributed through Apple’s App Store.

Apple Standard End User License Agreement

Innly is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA).

The Apple Standard EULA governs your license to use Innly and forms the primary end-user license agreement for the application.

If there is a conflict between this page and Apple’s Standard EULA regarding your license to use Innly, Apple’s Standard EULA controls.

Innly Pro Subscription

Innly offers an optional auto-renewable subscription known as Innly Pro.

Innly Pro provides access to premium features that may include:

  • Life Journey
  • Unlimited photo uploads
  • Unlimited file uploads
  • Unlimited tags
  • Daily Affirmations
  • Other features identified as Pro within Innly

The subscription price and billing period are displayed through Apple’s App Store before you confirm your purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account through the App Store.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled according to Apple’s applicable subscription terms.

You can manage or cancel your subscription using Apple’s subscription-management controls.

Free Features and Limits

Innly may provide free access to certain features while placing usage limits on others.

Current free allowances may include limited numbers of photo uploads, file uploads, and tags.

Innly may change the features included in its free and paid offerings in future versions. Existing user-created journal content will not intentionally be deleted merely because a subscription expires.

Your Content

You are responsible for the journal entries, photos, files, tags, locations, and other content you choose to add to Innly.

You should only add content that you have the right to use and store.

Innly is intended as a personal journaling and memory-recording tool.

Location Information

Innly may use location services, with your permission, to associate locations with memories you create.

Location features are optional and can be disabled.

Innly does not require continuous background location tracking for its Memory Map functionality.

Availability

We try to keep Innly functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available without interruption or error.

Some functionality may depend on:

  • Your Apple device
  • iOS
  • Apple Maps
  • Apple Intelligence
  • App Store services
  • Internet connectivity
  • Other Apple services

Changes to Innly

Innly may be updated, modified, improved, or discontinued over time. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the product evolves.

Privacy

Use of Innly is also subject to the Innly Privacy Policy, which describes how information is handled within the app.
